Shining the light on leaders who connect for the common good

LEADERSHIP Philadelphia marked its 50th Anniversary by launching a pioneering civic engagement effort called The Connector Project. They identified leaders who provide the glue that holds the community together. Findings have been used to teach others how to be connectors. The process has been replicated twice locally.

This year, LEADERSHIP is identifying, recognizing, and retaining young talent through the Connectors and Keepers project.
