LEADERSHIP Philadelphia, the premier community leadership organization in the region, marked its 50th anniversary during the 2009-2010 year. To celebrate this milestone, the organization launched a research study to cause a conversation about leadership, connection, and action. They identified, recognized, and studied Connectors that provide the glue that holds the community together.
